Drugstores have them; look for them with the diabetic supplies, although they will most likely be in a locked case (junkies will be junkies). They are available online, which may not be a good choice for you. I buy mine at a farm and ranch store where they are stocked with veterinary supplies.

It depends on what you have in mind. Play piercing typically uses the needles to create designs, sometimes adding decorative ribbon. None of this is permanent.

If I want a piercing, I go to a piercer.
