really? Then why are you offended by the subject matter I chose?Lauren.Hynde said:
is there any subject that is taboo that you wont write about- homicide, cannibalism, etc.?
No.
you stated I was "making threats" against people. I consider it material for a story, not something to take personally. You were offended were you not?Lauren.Hynde said:Oh dear, you must be getting confused again...
When did I say that I was offended by the subject matters you chose? Quote me, please, I must have been sleep-typing again...
And while you're at it, you might want to point out when did I contradict myself. It doesn't happen that often and I'd like to print it out and post it over my bed.

Please promise you're not going anywhere and start making sense any time soon...
lol, you keep thinking that. Respect from people here? I dont think you people know what that word means. You haven't displayed it. Yes, I will continue writing because at least some people appreciate my work. I have yet to see you point out some of my contradictionsLauren.Hynde said:And that, my friend, is why you'll never earn any respect as a person, let alone a writer, be it from me or anyone else.
Oh, that's right. I forgot you don't need any of that. You only write for yourself.
excuse you? I am very sure of myself and writing abilities. Sanitizing my posts? LOL, yeah ok. But thanks for posting that article.hiddenself said:You asked for legal proof, so, in case you're really interested, this is a recent landmark case:
Jake Baker had fantasies about torturing, raping and murdering a female student at the University of Michigan. He sent his story to alt.sex.stories giving the name of the classmate. He was arrested and held without bail, but a US District Count Judge dismissed the case against Baker ruling that he was protected by the First Amendment.
Simple fantasy stories do not constitute threats (unless there are clear indications that the author plans/intends to act that way in reality). Thus, they tend to be protected under the 1st Amendment.
PS It also seems that Mr DeSade is not quite as sure about himself as he wants to appear, given all the constant sanitizing of his posts.
