Oh What A Night!

Sounds like a wonderful time was had by all, Caroline, Sam, James, and MzChrista.

So, you like that singletail, hmmm?

It was a very good time. I have been to a lot of events and after a while you get jaded and they can seem routine and dull. After you have seen hundreds of scenes, it doesn't seem so special. But when you go with people who are new to the scene, their enthusiasm becomes infectious. By spending the evening with Caroline and Sam, my own eyes opened up a bit to what all was going on around me and I had a great time.
I think Sam is going to make one hell of a Dom. He certainly has someone special to share his journey with.

that is sooo awesome!!!!:D

Thank you Caroline for a beautiful rendition of the journey you and Sam took together.

What touched Me the most was your submission on His knee in His protective arms.

These are the recaps that go beyond sensation descriptions and touch My mind.

Once again..thank you

II admit that my main interest in all this has been to know what turns caroline on, and that the thing that excites me the most is her excitement. I suspect that doesnt make me much of a Dom in some minds.
Sam, every single good dominant i've ever known in my life has had this as his/her primary goal once inside a D/s love relationship.

Every single one.

In my opinion, the hunger and need to understand into/about/between/under/over/alongside the mind/heart/needs/desires of the submissive in his/her care is the #1 most important trait in the emotional characteristics of really excellent BDSM dominants. Certainly those who are capable of the level of committment necessary for maintaining long-lasting D/s love relationships must care deeply and primarily about these things in thier submissives.

Don't fall into the stereotypes. Those who practice consensual D/s relationships, whether they include and S & M or not, love each other deeply, fully, and completely. We do all that endless talking, all that negotiating, all that focusing on each other in minute ways: how could we not?

I think you'll be a fine dominant, Sam. Most importantly, caroline thinks you'll be a fine dominant. In the end, it's her opinion that matters - not anyone else's.
:rose:

Thank you Shadowsdream, and thank you, cym.
My opinion is that Sam IS a wonderful dominant, and will become a better and better one.

I totally agree

I have to second what cym says. I have had (and still have) a D/s relationship with a sub I do not love, and it is very differnet indeed. Now I have the ultimate Mistress/slave relationship with my tavish whom I love dearly. It is very different.

About 6 months ago, I swore I could never be in a romantic relationship with my submissive. My romantic life and D/s life did not mix. Well, I have had to eat those words!

The only opinions that matter in any relationship are the people involved. There is no right or wrong way to be a dominant or a submissive, provided it is safe, sane, and consentual.

Rarely am I truly made jealous.

But, damn. Just damn.

I am just reading this for the second time... I had to step away because Himself as been ill and we have not been able to play in several weeks... I was so jealous, Caroline.... I could feel the whip hit my back as you told your story... and it created a need, a craving so great... I cannot begin to describe...

Please don't take me wrong... I am truly happy for you and Sam that you were able to experience it together.... :rose:

You are so very lucky...

okay can I quickly step in to be the third person to say - damn;

very jealous over here darlins' mainly cos we are both pretty tired at the moment and R is workng stupid hours - the honeymoon is over with a vengance. we seem to talk alot about sex and BDSM - especially with the fetish party looming large on our horizans but actually doing it - I refuse to play (hard) if either of us is tired as it has too many potential bad side effects and dangers i think I'm going to have to put in some quality sleep so that I can do quality playtime

So caroline if I visit will you take me there?

Thank you Shadowsdream, and thank you, cym.
My opinion is that Sam IS a wonderful dominant, and will become a better and better one.

Hes got the look, hes got the voice, hes got the motivation, all he needs is to learn a few tricks and he will be King of the Doms

Thank you Cym and Ebony for your reassurances. I am still unsure of my steps sometimes and I take your advice to heart.

This thread has left me blushing. Thank you Christa, for your vote of confidence.

Makes me wish

we could all get together about a few years in the future and talk about these days. What a party that would be!

Sam

You have been posting a very short time but from the first message you typed You showed Your class and gave Me the immediate feeling that Caroline was a very lucky sub to be under the guidance and umbrella of love You have for her.

I do not have a moment of hesitation seeing past Your inexperience with no doubt You will become a great Dom that will become the counsel of many to follow.

You are reality, not a pompous ass claiming to know it all.

psssssssssssssssst Caroline! Sam is a keeper! ~~grin~~~but you already knew that!

There you are!

Seriously though, caroline is a goddess,
<snip>

THAT'S the word i've been fishing for! Thank you MzChrista! That actually explains a great deal!

And thank you Caroline. i love it so much when you let us "peek in your window". i feel so "naughty", yet somehow welcomed, as if to a feast.

This is really getting interesting! Sam, it's just so wonderful to see you embracing this side of Caroline's nature. i think your attitude is an example of exactly the right kind of loving, concerned willingness to explore, that will make this the perfect dance of sensation and emotion that BDSM can be.

Now, let's see-- if Caroline's a goddess, what would that make you?????

a Good God Dom?

Carry on...and KEEP carrying on, you two.

I couldn't have said it any better, Shadows. (How have you been, btw? Where have you been?)

Sam, you're a class act; I too got that from your very first post and it's only been confirmed by everything I've seen since. You and your lady are both caring, considerate, thoughtful, special people; it does my heart good to know that you've found each other.

You two, your story was so radiating with excitement and love and discovery that it even inspired & touched MasterMe, a man notoriously unmoved by Lit posts. Thank you both (all, really, including MzC and JB) very sincerely for sharing it.

Well, Doc, I'm no theologian, but he has made me cry out "Oh, my God" on many an occasion.;)

Thank you, Risia, I feel very lucky not just in having found my love, but in the wonderful friends I have made, both face to face, and here online.
