Our sick and twisted minds?

Oh Venerable One

Dear Maths, Why do I lack an adjective in your estimation? Not that I rate 'venerable', but your sentence leaves me feeling a lack (and alas).
Dear Perdita,
I once asked Og for information on a biblical scholar monk named the "Venerable Bede." Og, of course, had the information in his head. Since that time, I occasionally give Og the respectful appelation.
MG
Ps. Please don't feel slighted. I assumed a lady would prefer not to be called "venerable."

Dear Maths,

The background information is fine consolation.

Singularly, Perdita

I don't know about others, but I originally started writing erotica to "purge" or just sort out in my head the naughty, sexy, outrageous dreams that I have.

Hi WS. I originally wrote for Lit for the same reason, intending to purge lots of them, as it was interfering with my life. I was a little over sucessful, as after my first couple of stories I stopped fantasising for ages. Now they come around much less often, and I seize upon them immediately.

My own past sex life was fairly extreme, but I do exaggerate things just a little in my stories. I made love with (all right, screwed, then), I think, seven men at once, once. In my stories I've made love with over seventy at once. But hey, what's a zero between friends?

Bloody hell! I'm green with envy, gal. Go on, give us some details. ;)

i've never been called an abominable misleader of youth but i'm getting close. most people regard me as somewhat depraved and i think most people have got used to it and don't mind really. me and my friends have a joke at the moment - i'm trying to become the sickest man in all the north-west of england. we have a whole list of depraved and corrupting acts for me to perform to fulfill the role.

Cahab.......

Once started a train back in HS days, watched the twin engines lay side by side, football team rode them......

Funny thing, during basketball season, numerous guys had the drips........ ouch.......

You said it. Before I met you I was sweet and innocent, you led me astray. The closet awaits us... ;)

Sex scenes are all pretty much alike. You squeeze a tit, suck a nipple, suck a cock, lick a pussy, ENTER, in, out, in, out, in, out, squirt, squirt, squirt, oooooh, aaaaaah, "I'm cummmmmmmmmming!"

I have a standard story on my computer, and then I just exchange the names, places, positions, and plot around it...

Sweet I'll give you, but far from innocent. And if I recall correctly, I was the content curmudgeon, and YOU lured me out with your siren song. ;)

All joking aside, SF has a point - Which is one of the reasons why I haven't really written any erotica .....

that is a very good point - thats why i hate to write sex scenes and my stories are so far just entertaining romps involving people i know (who asked me to write them into stories) and a bit of sex now and again

Hey,

So, I was writing yet another sex scene, and thinking. I have to think up my wild and crazy sex, 'cause I don't have much exciting sexual experience. I mean, I have sexual experience, I have *fun* sexual experience, but sometimes for a story I have to go past fun and into the sick and twisted. It's hard!

Where do you find your inspiration for crazy sex? Do you write what you know, do you make it up, or do you read it somewhere else and steal it? I've stolen ideas before

Chicklet

All of my sex scenes have a basis in my experience, but none are actual blow by blow accounts of any real life experience. Inspiration comes from many sources. Experience, things I wish I had tried, fans asking for something, books, magazines, movies and occasionally "girl talk" with my friends.

The great thing about writing sex scenes is you don't have to have actually tried the wild and crazy, but you can write it in surrounded by what you have tried and make it believable :)

Dear Sanch,
Do you do the Filthy Sanchez?

My sex life is quite tame compared to the stuff in my stories. I've had to rely entirely on imagination for many of the scenes that I've written. Of course, since some of them are things that I would never even _want_ to attempt in real life, that's probably for the best ;)

No bull, eh?

Experience makes up everything but the plot and the orgasms. Fantasy fills the rest in. Dunno where the fantasy comes from.

Yeah, you'd know all about my innocence, or lack thereof.
Anyway, whaddya mean 'content'? I've liberated yer mojo. I beg to differ on the siren song thing, last time I broke out in song Billy hit the correct notes more often then me. :p

It very tough not being able to get into the really sick and twisted.

I'm old school, write what's known, esp. directly, but amplify and embellish. Notwithstanding the exceptions of writers of sea stories who've never been on the ocean, etc. I think experience is a great help and gives life to the story.

Friends' stories and other's stories of course, but again it's best if they're not made up. I.e, your 'made up' porn story of certain sites is not the best source (of twisted innovation).

But really, the same overall question could apply to many aspects of writing. I've written a lot of 'action' scenes in the combative rather than the carnal sense, yet I haven't been in that many real-life fights. Imagination is a wonderful thing.

The Truth about sex scenes...

I often find it more fun to write about what leads up to the actual old in, and out than writing about the in and out as it is basically very boring to write about in, and out, and out and in when you're not actually a part of it. In truth, the foreplay is much more energizing to read, because once cock, or tongue enters pussy or ass it's the same old time honored motion to the ocean thing, and we all know it. Having sex is just so much more fun than writing, or reading about having sex. The thing is, even if you write only erotica (Meaning the sexual tease) eventually you have to get around to it, or drop it all together. Fortunately, those who read porn/erotica are masterbating along with the story as if they were in it, and that makes it work for the author.

I actually role play a lot and in the world of role play you can exaggerate a circumstance a little more than usual. Add an element you might not normally add in your actual life, sexual or not. And from that role play I would modify whatever happened there to make it plausible in a real life situation and ta-da! I have a sex scene for a story. :)

Source of inspiration:

I use the adult groups on Yahoo. They restarted my writing because like Alex de Kok I decided that I could write better stories than some posted in their Files. My first stories were technically better because I wrote in sentences, used capital letters and full stops, and I could spell. They weren't necessarily better because I didn't always understand the idiom of the sex variant. Some group members might explain where I had erred and with their help my stories became acceptable.

I used to go through the directories until Yahoo removed them.

Now I follow links from one group to another. If I find a group that has a participating membership with frequent interchange of posts I might try to write a story for their particular interest. That is how I started with unbirth.

The response from the group's members to my first attempt helped me to re-write and edit the story to the final version.

I like to find groups that have a quirky addiction that is not mainstream sex. If it seems to be odd or a minority subject I'll try to find a way to write a story that fits. At worst there is a captive audience who likes the subject even if they hate my writing.

I failed with "Kerala Women's Hairy Armpits" because another Literotica author writes about women's armpits with a passion and elegance that I can only envy. I can't compete because I don't personally find hairy armpits to be the most attractive part of a woman. My simulated attraction to hairy armpits is no match for a real love of them.

Some of my stories can be tailored to fit the group's subject. If their passion is for nurses, then the women are nurses in uniform. If they want ball-gowns they get ball-gowns. The plot may be anything but my characters are like actors. They can assume any role that suits my purpose.

Most of my Yahoo Group "specials" have not and will not appear on Literotica because they have been written for one audience. Recently I have been deleting them from Yahoo because some were stolen and posted on pay-sites under other names. If they had asked I would probably agreed.

My recommendation for inspiration for wild and weird sex is to look at Yahoo adult groups. After you have found a topic, a more general search on the Net will give you more than you ever wanted to know.
