Palemoon's Wondrous Lunar Cavern

The rising scents of sweet grass, sage and sandalwood presage my sudden appearance in a Moon Lady's home. A hug is quickly given with a wide grin tossed to her visitor before a yawn and quick grope takes me away.

I might have passed out for a few hours.

What did I wake up to?

*kitty ears perk curiously*

I don't remember belonging to anyone. If I was I would expect more than crackers for dinner.

So what's what now?

*yawns... Hearing voices as I stretch. Lookkng around.*

When did I fall asleep? It must have been when I went to bed. You two are still here? Want some breakfast? I have some crackers for ya.

*rustles through the fridge*

Ooh, look! Liquid Schwartz. You can have some of this too.

I'd like something hot. My fingers are turning black and falling off from the cold. I think I lost a pinkie already. Maybe a few toes too.

I haven't stopped listening to her. It's been two days now....

Phantom of the Opera ~ Lindsey Stirling

This makes me think of Vail.
The way it opens, in that eerie, mesmerizing violin. Calling, seducing, drawing one in. And just before the breath of sound ends, the electric guitar kicks in. Cutting a razor sharp edge to the haunting sound moments earlier. The explosion of instruments with the keyboard, the drums, the guitar... in organized chaos. Harmonized cacophony.

The violin cuts a deceptively pure note to stand in stark contrast to the harsher counterparts of the electric guitar. All aspects of the lady that make her that much more enticing. And once you've followed her in... you find yourself caught in her web, like the minor chord that comes in and sweeps you to her tune. (4.47)

I wish I could play as well as her.

EDIT: I hope the lady does not take offense at my comparison of a song to her.
