Been checking out this post as it's a curiostity of mine after an amussing experience.

Here's my take........nothing is to small if you are comfortable with yourself. Few different ways...someons once siad that it was the distance between your thumb and middle finger when you hold you hand up like a stop sign only with the tumb straight out (make sense)
another is to give the hang loose sign and it's the distance between your pinky and the thumb.
