The Domestic -- Another sapphic cyberpunk slice of life.

Both are in first person, present tense. Not because I know how much people on the AH forum love that POV, but because they're cyberpunk speculative fiction, and I think it fits. I'm also thinking about doing a third story that's both first person present tense and a LitRPG. Might as well get 'em all in, right?

It still won’t raise nearly the same amount of AH hackles as it would if you wrote it in second person, whatever tense.

I admit that was suspicious but you pulled it off with the first-person-present-tense! I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the revolution once I have the opportunity.

My second one went up this morning. Not faring well at the start, but it is amazing how within a half hour of going live six people bombed it, they sure do read fast.

Bunch of favs though so we'll see how it goes once some people actually read it.

I avoided LW but the title and tag line are still going to get that types attention so I'm looking forward to some fun comments.

I think this might be my most outlandishly bonkers story, the action is just over the top.

Some writing is happening. Whether it will end up erotic, I'm not sure. Also if a character has a psychotic break, does she have agency? She makes sense in her own story...

I'm struggling to write anything light-hearted atm so may need to try some totally bonkers fluff as contrast to various heavy plots.

I wasn't sure about the category, as the story isn't really about masturbation, but because the (literal) plot device is in a certain sense a sex toy, I thought I'd use this opportunity to cross that category off of my bucket list.

If I were to describe it concisely, and in the process let my hubris run free, then I'd say it is very loosely inspired by both Amélie and Eyes Wide Shut. So yeah, make of that what you will.
