OK, here's one that I hate: That clown with the pointed teeth in the movie It.

I fucking hate clowns, but that one is the worst!

Pennywise. He was really something much much worse than a clown. Thankfully, the bulk of what he was was trapped out beyond the Dead Lights and couldn't enter this universe. I would have included the Pennywise from the book in my list too, but the movie kind of watered him down.

You people are disturbed! A favorite icky villain? Way beyond my comprehension... I'm still freaked out by the flying monkeys on the Wizard of Oz. *feeling creepy just thinking about this stuff* I know I'm a wuss.

What kind of person sees a clown and thinks, "I want to be like that"?

I occasionally had to hire them for the library. Urk. I'd get the shudders just talking to them on the phone.

For the love of god, what kind of library hires clowns?

it's a simple question: who's your favorite movie villain? if you can't pick just one, list the contenders.

p.s.: as always, my answers later, yadda yadda yadda...

villain, evil dude, bad guy, all the same thing yes?

Colm Feore as Andre Linoge in Stephen King's Storm of the Century

The Chest Bursters from the Alien movies. What other bad guy gets to say that he/she or it splattered someone's entrails all over the dining table from the inside out while everyone was having dinner? That's pretty friggin' bad.

Chest Burster ... Ain't it cute ...

We did. It was all part of children's programming for summer reading club. Clowns, jugglers, comedians, magicians, plus we had to do some of our own programming. I had a vaudeville-style food magic show i did with another librarian. We actually had groupies by the end of the summer. lol

I cannot believe noone`s mentioned Dennis Hopper`s Frank Booth character from Blue Velvet.

Hannibal Lecter. A great mixture of psychopath and cannibal. What could be better than that?

Jack Elam

Otherwise known as "Deadeye" for the way he looked, which, was - BAD.
He stared in 50-60 movies, especially old westerns, as the bad guy usually.
Great character actor.
