I like made-up names eg. Kirilin, Wennah, Riss, to make up a few on the spot. I dislike religious names and plain/common names.

EJ said:one syllable names suck... and they're often redneck names. earl, merle, wayne, etc. btw, this isn't to say that abbreviated names (like steve for steven) fall into that category.

if it's with glee and abandon, wouldn't it be glee and abandon smacking rather than trout smacking?silverwhisper said:[trout-smacks EJ with great glee and abandon]

*scratches head and appears bewildered*silverwhisper said:no, b/c you'd have to ignore the rules of grammar to reach that reading: a prepositional phrase (signaled through the use of the preposition "with") is used here as an adverb rather than the object of the verb "trout-smack".[/pedantic bastard]

i think you're the only person i've ever actually "knew" who chittered. good show ol' boy.silverwhisper said:[while EJ is confuzzled, silverwhisper sneaks up behind him]
[dumps a barrel of snails down EJ's shorts]
[chitters, splashes about and swims off, stage left]

this is why i stopped communicating with all the other bisexplicits i knew... once you came along they all became inferior knock-offs.bisexplicit said:I like made-up names, too, or incredibly uncommon ones. Once I find out someone has a name that I like, it's no longer as special or cool to me.
yet one more reason i'm going to hell.silverwhisper said:chittering, sir, is good for the soul.

silverwhisper said:i really dislike invented names. unusual is sometimes a graceful way of saying "i don't like it".
