Possible deportation executive orders in January

You have no idea how logic works, do you?
Assuming this is to me. I know how SCOTUS works and how the Constitution works.

Perhaps you know of a case where someone born here was considered not a citizen in the courts. I'd be happy to take a look to see how jurisdiction became the central discussion.

Short lesson for the clueless.

A AND B = C

For C to be true BOTH A and B must be true. I can rewrite equation as;

B AND A = C

without having changed the equation in the least. BOTH A and B still have to be true to meet the requirements for C. The conditions set forth in the opening requirements of Section 1 of the 14th are exactly the same as the above equation. The only people that argue against that are "progressives" who abandon all logic because logic is racist, you can check with the Washington State education system on that. *chuckle*

They do not do logic on the teacher's campus anymore; it led students to question professors who were the best and brightest of the otherwise unemployable...

... and of course, there are no cogent answers to what they believe.

There never is for the True Believer.

Someone believes that the supreme.court uses logic gates in their decisions.

Words coming first mean those words get priority in the eyes of the court. Their rulings have reinforced that time and time again.

But if you want to send them your logic gate diagrams in an amicous brief, I'm sure their precedent will be altered going forward.

Good luck on your amicus brief. I'm sure it will go as expected

Well, all those negatives did produce a positive.

The negation of negative.

I feel sunny.

Deportations per term under Obama, Trump, and Biden have ranged between around 1.5 million and 3 million with Obama leading the pack.

I’m not sure what number of deportations is necessary to achieve “mass deportation” status, but we’re certainly not going to see anything close to deportation of all of the estimated 11 to 14 million illegal aliens in the US today. Legal and budgetary hurdles coupled with pushback from industries that rely on illegal labor will limit how many deportations actually occur over the next four years. Five million or so might be an achievable figure.

I expect the biggest benefit from President Trump’s efforts will be deterring the number of attempts to enter and stay in the country illegally.

Most of those who leave will self deport. The last time Trump was in office, it was obvious that his immigration plan worked by how much less crowded the poorer parts of town were and that rents in those areas went down instead of up because of the number of vacancies.

I believe the same will happen again. It's probably already beginning but it's too early to see it other than when the news reports things like the latest migrant caravan breaking up because they didn't think they'd get across the border before Trump was in office.
