I think posture means the position of the body, not necessarily good or bad...but the posture...of a sub..perhaps head hanging down and eyes cast downward..Maybe kneeling...maybe cringing at the sight of a whip.
I feel for me posture does make it better but it depends on the players and what they want. A woman standing ramrod straight with riding crop in her hand can be a very awesome sight.

He is a bit on the odd side, more often I hear that he has a geeky look. For some reason it still gets to me though - maybe its the look in his eyes or his posture/body language that speaks to me. I think its the intent that you can read in him that does it.
