How did you determine which was a sea hurricane? I looked for a tail hook.

Look in front of the tail wheel on the lead a/c. You can just see the hook.

Ah yes. It’s painted white. I was looking for something that might be more contrasting and a dead giveaway.

Pacer and Pacer, tailwheel and tricycle.

I’m sorry for getting nit picky but the red one is a called a TriPacer. I have one and grew up with it. It was my dads. And actually, the blue one started life as a TriPacer but was converted to tailwheel at some point. I can tell by the back window. All original Pacers had rounded back windows.
