Yu-Gi-Oh is only good as a joke trading card game. From what I recall every time they release a new generation of cards they ban a shitload of rare cards from previous generations, meaning that if you want to play on tournament level (lulz, Yu Gi Oh is serious business) then you need to pretty much update your deck once a year.
