I have had good luck with one similar to the picture. One in the picture is marketed as a prostate massager and the one I bought was intended for my wife as a g-spot massager.

The worst part about this is it has a tendency to twist and turn inside, so you will have to make sure it's pointing in the right direction. Once you find the spot this is very easy to massage up and down it as well for some extra pleasure.
