I suspect it's a local thing, Quoll. Mine are coming through just fine.

Good to know that it isn't just me!

You can pm yourself? Huh...I never knew! If I start doing that, I could increase my pm's by 100%!!!! ;)

I don't use yahoo at all, I checked my isp settings but everything there is as it should be. Weird.

Q for all: are you a hands-on, do-it-yourself tax return preparer or do you pay an accountant to do the dirty work? And if you do it yourself, do you use software of any kind for assistance?

H&R Block. :)

When my ex and I were married, I always filled out the forms myself.

We do it every year. Together. It promotes intimacy and good feelings between us. ;)

For the last three years my sister has done my returns (state, local and Federal ) - this year is the only year I have paid her. Next year I will go back doing them myself - not sure about tax software, I could most likely get away with one of the free web sites. If they are still around that is!

BTW, some things I just can't throw away; I have still have all our returns and accompanying documentation dating back to 1980.

You never know Scaly, those old documents might come in handy when your son is filling out (or having you fill out) grant forms and college loan applications! :D
