I used to be the same way. I liked having my readers know what both sides were feeling and enjoying. I started using a trick, sort of. Half way through a sex scene I would use a pov break and then back up a bit, writing the scene in the other's pov. You get both but still it's done correctly.
I might try that next story. I muddled my way through it from one POV. I'm actually REALLY nervous about the feedback on this chapter because I've never posted a "real" sex scene here. I hope I do okay.
I'll probably throw out a thread so you all can tear me apart later so I can improve... of course I re-read it and found some word repetitions and such... damn. I always find them AFTER I post and by the time I do find them I figure oh well...
