I just have to say...I am laughing myself to tears over this thread. I love randomness!

Just a few things:

I've never liked pearls...now thanks to Raven's booger comment I like them even less...ew.

The snooze button and vibe alarms...Wonderful idea! I am the same way when I have to get up before my bedpartner (when I have one) I'm quiet and considerate. Why can't they be?

And my Luna? I have a bit of thing for graveyards to begin with so the thought of you naked in one reduces me to puddle status in record time *blows her a kiss*

*laughs* I saw that...Dragon Diamonds might almost be worth the squick factor, dragons being one of my favorite creatures and diamonds being so shiny. I could santize them really well...

But oysters look like snot to begin with and the thought of wearing solidified snot boogers around my neck gave me a major case of the shuddering ickies.

I prefer Gundam myself, but when I heard about Shadow Chronicles, I spent years trying to get my hands on it before watching it online. Now I'm going to buy the BluRay Collector's Disc (which is ten dollars cheaper than the DVD set)

Like I said I love giant robot Anime the only one of the more famous examples I didn't like so much was Evangelion and Gundam Wing, but not for the robots but by the writing itself...Everyone of us Anime geeks has got at least one example of an anime every body likes but didn't work for us I suppose.

Wing was okay, but the movie was far better. Less romance, more splosions.

The romance didn't bother me about Wing. The splosions and all the action I liked. It was the fact that they had kids talking like they were sixty-year old world-war I veterans suffering shellshock...It just crashed my suspension of disbelief.

that and the preposterous notion that these kids with supersized weapons of war could stop humanity from ever waging war...yeah OO was all about the same subject but they handled it much much more maturely IMO.

blasphemy. The world began with Gundam. It will end the same way . (for those who don't know, Gundam was the founder of the Mecha genre, though it might not have been the first such anime). I mean, seriously, it's more realistic than Evangelion (and...not intended to be a total mindfuck). Plus, the Gundam itself looks cooler than even Michael Bay's Transformers.
