Republican Leadership Is A Threat To America

If they can't agree on a speaker, then maybe they don't have leadership now. Maybe just a leaderboat or leader raft.

This is actually awesome

Haha!
This is actually a political recipe for NOT ever getting elected. Per PornHub, Utah consistently watches the most porn. Guess what religious sect dominates that state?
Also, when you come here, to Literotica, to this site, that you stumbled upon by chance 🙄 - Do you take off your buckled Quaker hat and shoes before you jerk off or no?

Thanks for the laugh.

Hey Chip,

You got lots of things.

1. Venmo got to be on TV some more. He likes that.

2. Gymmie got to be the front runner for the speaker job, everyone knowing full well it’s not going to be that guy.

3. You got to hold your sham hearings on Hunter Biden. Took up lots of time from doing something that could actually impact the country. (Good job, you did something)

4. You are holding up funding to support conflicts around the world where our Allies are in need. Such a great job there! What’s that, you don’t want to give the money since you want to tell them how to spend it? Or you are such a fan of the chaos you are not-so-secretly hoping for a bigger WW3?

5. Look at that, the government kept working thanks to the ‘pubs democrats (oh wait, maybe I see where you are going). Only two Dems voted against along with 93 ‘pubs. Look out Speaker Johnson, Venmo is coming for you. How dare you have something the other side could consider, you should be bending over and taking what the 8 MAGA folks want- that’s what they told Kevin.

Chip, the majority is attempting to govern if they could-but instead they are being hijacked by the MAGA leaders. Hopefully you will figure that out and try to actually govern… but keep doing what you are doing and ‘24 will just be another L.

Sounds like Chip you are So tired of the winning…riiiiiiiight.

@cspan
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said "its very difficult to control the behavior" of those in the building and that it was the responsibility of Capitol Police to deal with the behavior on the Hill, not his.

what am i missing here? isn't he the leader of the minority in the Senate?
control the fuckwits or instigate the process to call the Capitol cops and DO something about it... censuring, removing them from cushty positions, fining them, whatever. do your job, mitch

Evidently not, given how many poor white Americans vote for it every two years.
The Republican Party is divided by class, but united by race. As long as the wealthy leaders of the Republican Party do not go behind vague rhetoric about "less government" the GOP can retain the votes of working class whites and lower middle class whites.

The Democrat Party is an unwieldy coalition of constituencies that dislike each other.

1) it's Democratic Party (I am a Democrat, I am a member of the Democratic Party), and that mistake shows your true colors.
2) The Republican Party's constituencies also aren't very fond of each other. The gun nuts don't give a shit about abortion, the anti-choicers don't care about guns, neither side is the least bit invested in shoveling ever more money to the rich, and the racists probably hate them all (and themselves too, if it comes to that). But they're united in their hatred for us, and for anyone who is different in any way.

I am a registered Democrat. I have only voted for two Republicans in my life.

Within the Republican Party gun lovers are not that concerned with abortion, but they are not passionately in favor of abortion. Those who favor laws against abortion are less concerned about gun ownership, but they are not strongly against it. Christian conservatives and white blue collar Republicans are different constituencies, but they overlap.

In the Democrat Party it is usually the case that Jews and Muslims do not like each other. Blacks and Hispanics do not like each other. Blacks and Hispanics resent the success of East Asians. The well educated, well paid bi coastal professionals who have dominated the Democrat Party since the War in Vietnam usually view less favored whites with disdain.

Or so it seems to me.

I call BS since you don’t even know the name of the party You claim to be ”registered“ with. It’s the Democratic Party, not the Democrat Party.

Yes, and notice he made that gaffe in direct response to my post in which I had also corrected him. It's one thing to say "Democrat Party" as a mistake - the right has done a great job of mainstreaming it, so some people honestly don't know any better - but if you know and you continue to use it, don't expect anyone to believe you're really with the party.

Exactly, John. So it seems to you, who have demonstrated time and again what an absolute racist you are. You don't know anything about how any of those groups feel in general, and even if you did, they're not monolithic.

Those on the left use the word "racist" the same way those on the right use the word "Marxist." In each case the word is not used to advance a discussion we should be having, but to suppress it.

If it makes you feel any better, I have been called a Marxist too.

I have known and liked members of the American Communist Party. Our disagreements were more significant than our agreements, but they disagreed with me without being disagreeable.

I intend to keep on voting for the Democrat Party, although there are issues where I agree with the Republican Party.
