I want your voice inside me. Oh. My. Gosh.
Looks like I'm gonna have to sub this thread.
Hehehehe Thanks
Listening to everyone's voice is making me giddy.

You sound really sweet! Such a lovely, soft voice. You say you're Scottish with an English accent. Howcome's that? All Scottish accents I've heard have been quite strong, so I'd assume it'd still come through even if you lived for years elsewhere. Interesting!
I think it's interesting how easy it is to pick up words, expressions and accents from other parts of the country or from other people.I have moved around a fair bit as a child and adult, if I visit Scotland I come back with a bit of a twang for a few days. I also say certain words in various english accents which does amuse and annoy me at times lol
Oh Moonbeams voice is just gorgeous, it sounds like melted chocolate, if Canadians sound like this I need to visit
Londonsnap - very London, I liked that too
I am really enjoying this thread
Unfortunately, not every guy has a voice like mine or the strength behind it as I do. If anyone is any familiar with paintball, I used to play the back position in my youth and what do you do there, you ask? You yell out enemy positions as you see them, tell ppl to keep their heads down when enemies are making a push for them and generally try not to lose your cool as enemies take pot shots at you. Then when you see an opportunity, you've got to call for a push and charge with your men.I have moved around a fair bit as a child and adult, if I visit Scotland I come back with a bit of a twang for a few days. Just be yourself xx
uh, you forgot to add the link itself.
edit:
In case you aren't aware of how to do this, what you want to do is write some text, for instance "be Mice Elf" then what you do is highlight the text. Click the little earth icon with a chain link on it and a window will come up. This is where you paste in the link supplied by vocaroo or whatever website you use to record on.
Short of that, just post the link itself into the comment, and that is enough.
Sadly, unless you saved that link, I suspect you will have to re-record anything you had recorded.

Here's a snippet from a voiceover class I took a couple years ago. It sounds a bit rushed because this was a 1-take only exercise to record a 30-second radio spot. I don't have a good enough mic to make a good recording at home these days, so this will have to do for now.
For those of you who are curious about accent, for this piece I intentionally amped up the Midwestern aspects of my voice to make it suit the commercial script I was reading. You'll have to wait to hear an example of my native Downeast New England speech.
A bit of Yank's voice.

Your accent is fucking amazing.
ETA: I'm making a recording shortly, FAIR WARNING THOUGH, my voice is quiet high pitched so if voices like that annoy you, please don't play my recording.
ETA again: For some reason it is REFUSING to pick up my mic properly, so if anyone wants my skype info, IM me and let me know and y'all can hear my voice. Freakin' technology!
Blimey, thanks...
Have you sorted the technical issue or do you still need a listener?
Finally got my recording to work, thanks to a suggestion from a friend that I use IE instead of Firefox!
