seeking advice on weight loss

My advice to you is as follows the water is a most definite thing you must do 6-8 glasses a day that will help you cleanse out the body. You must get yourself motivated to do it if you are not motivated it won't work and you won't stick to it. Cut out the goodies instead eat fruits and veggies chicken no greasy foods.

Walking is the best exercise you can do for yourself itis highly recommended by most doctors. I have lost 87 lbs in 13 month so it does work you just have to get out and do it
there are no secret solutions. No magic pills it is all up to you and if you really want to do it.

Hey Jeff, while taking Nutrition in college I stumbled upon a neat site for weight control (up, down, maintenance) maybe it will help with food ideas, figuring your BMI etc. It gives you all the nutritional information not to mention recipies, shopping list etc. http://www.cyberdiet.com
good luck!

Sorry Jeff! I couldn't resist! But seriously, have you? (Joke!)

There are plenty of exercises you can do in home. Have you done sit ups? (Crunches are better. It's basically a sit up, but you only come up a little way and the secret is not in the number, but the technique. Let me know if you need help.) And By shifting your legs to one side, you can target your love handles as well.

Then of course there are Push ups, and if you have a few bricks or something heavy just lying around, use it like you would any normal weight set.

As a matter of fact yesterday I went out for a walk of about 45 minutes then after some rest and h2o, I went to jog for a while too. I must say while I was tired I felt GREAT! I am definitely keeping up the water intake and am going to try that protein diet like Blues suggested.

All in all, I finally feel like I have something I can easily stick to. Wish me luck! :)
