impresses the f out of me too! I am a total noob, but I’m seeing some very positive results. I have a LONG way to go though.
I know that feeling, I look at some of the weights people lift and it baffles me at times

The whole weightlifting thing is brand new to me! I’ve never done it prior to CrossFit. I know I love deadlifts but hate squat cleans!

Never done a squat clean, a clean and press is bad enough for me. My deadlift is my strongest lift, I've done 110kg 242.5lbs for 8 reps and still had a couple in me. Romanian deadlifts I'm at 90kg. My most hated one is calf raises

Calf raises are tough. For the squat clean, you are dropping into a squat, while the bar is on its way up. You then raise out of the squat once the bar is in the rest position. The movement is so complex that it’s easy to screw up and injure yourself.

My weakest activity is anything aerobic. Rowing, biking, jump rope, box jumps are my Achilles heel. I’m climbing the stairs at work (24 floors) during lunch to try and improve.

I'd definitely hurt myself doing that, my cardio could definitely use some work, I used to run 1.5 miles in just over 9 minutes and be fine again within 3
