Because this is a "sexy men" thread. There is more to sexy than just a dick. I've already said that it doesn't need to be none. But it needs to be more than the pull your pants down and snap a picture kind. There are many different dick/naked threads. The only reason people get upset about this one not allowing dick in every picture is because it gets more visibility.
