Yeah I wasn't trying to sad I have a "dad bod" - quite the opposite. It seems these days I'm seeing a lot more chubby guys with unkempt beards and apparently this is a thing. I might be too old to understand/


HA! No I'm struggling against the dad-bod craze/


Takes a while, Java. Was about 6 months of a ridiculous number of crunches... and counting calories. (Once you hit 40, it gets so hard ... why oh why didn't I do this when I was young?)
