Adjustable clamps and a very light touch, I think it's more about the mood and the moment unless you're really into pain. No point in using incredibly tight clamps when you only want a little bit of a pinch. I love nipple play but I'm not looking to hurt the poor things I want to play with

I like a little pain when I’m very turned on, but not a lot. For me it was that they didn’t create the same sensation as my fingers do. They didn’t hurt but they also didn’t feel that good?
