What are the right reasons for breast augmentation? AFAIK there is no medical NEED for it?

My original post was directed more to the reply's of posters than to the question at hand, however since there seems to be some misunderstanding I will attempt to clarify, and remark to the original question as well.

First of all, I will concede that I know of no medical reason for breast enlargement, hence the reason I said

Woman get their breasts altered for a wide range of reasons, those that do it because they need to increase their self esteem are doing it for the wrong reasons, and dump whomever they are with and go out and find the right person.

Point of fact there are medical reasons, however for woman to have breast reductions, as well as breast reconstruction, and if a man is getting penis alteration for a medical reason then my statement does not apply to him either.

My point is if your changing your appearance for self esteem reasons, rather your a man or a woman, than you have bigger problems then your size. Though I was originally directing my words to the men whom seem to have an issue with there penis size, the principle of it can be directed to woman as well.

I will try and expound upon my original statement in an effort to be more clear.

Men the size of our penises has little to do with there purposes:

1. To piss with
2. To make babies
3. To satisfy your partner

1. To piss with --- I have been so cold that only the very tip of my dick stuck out from my balls and I still managed to piss without doing it all over my self.

2. To make babies --- It doesn't even require penetration to impregnate a woman, there are a number of medically documented impregnation's where a penis never entered a woman.
(However, yes her hymen must be broken {Cherry Popped} in order for impregnation to occur.)

3. To satisfy your partner --- Here is the one that I think is the real key to the problem. Many men seem to have bought in to the misnomer that size matters. Guys what matters is how you use what you got. I don't care how big you are if you don't know how to use it you will NEVER truly satisfy your partner. It's kinda like having a 72' Cuda with a 4-speed Hemi and not knowing how to drive a stick shift. It looks really cool and has a reputation of being the most powerful of muscle cars, but if you can't drive even a VW Bug will out race you.

This brings us back to my point. If your satisfying your partner then that really is what matters, and congratulations your in the minority. If your not then you either need to learn how to satisfy them, or find a new partner whom you can satisfy; because your doing a disservice to both yourself and your partner by not learning how to satisfy them. As a point of fact; (disclaimer* I do not mean this to offend any ethnicity), the originators of the Karma Sutra are scientifically proven to have the smallest penis size, on average compared to all other ethnicities, and they have set a standard of satisfying ones partner that is internationally accepted as a standard. There is no reason to whine about your size guys.

As stated by others woman's breasts are out there for all to see, while a man's penis is normally only viewed by him and his partners, ok maybe the other guys at the gym if there looking. Society has made it an issue that a woman's beast size has an influence on her attractiveness. The same can not be said about a man's penis because as stated earlier it's not out there for all to see. This is the reason why men who want size alterations are criticized much more than woman who seek the same. If we men ran around with our dicks exposed to the world than there would probably be less criticism and more acceptance; and if in fact the size of our dicks was the or part of the social meter of our attractiveness.

Personally I believe that we must find our own self esteem and be comfortable with ourselves before we could ever hope to truly satisfy our partners.

Trust me on this once you learn how to truely satisfy you partner, it is the biggest compliment and builder of self esteem you could ever receive.

I have always had small tits. I was probably the last girl in my class at school to start wearing a bra. I got teased a lot for it and even now, as an adult, it still happens. I was sat in a bar recently with my brother and some friends, just wearing a loose t shirt and jeans. A guy nearby (who was drunk enough to be talking too loudly) looked me up and down, turned to his mates and said, 'shame there's no tits on it.' Was I heartbroken? Was I fuck. I'm actually glad that I can repel assholes just by not wearing a padded bra, it saves me no end of hassle.

Indeed. I congratulate you for regarding your petite form as an "asshole filter" and I wish that other petite women would feel that way as well. As a man, I find that big boobs grab my attention on a primitive level, but if the woman that they're attached don't have the personality that I like, I get turned off just as quick. And I might add that a pair of attractive eyes, or a giggle, or a lot of visible thigh can turn me on just as much as a big pair of tits.

I actually find it interesting that men are so Pavlovian about women. If I doll myself up, hike up my tits in a gel filled bra, put some heeled boots on, suddenly I'm hot. I can walk down the same street at the same time of night in jeans and a T and no guy will look twice. I think it's sad the way a lot of men are ruled by stuff like this.

I think I'd look twice. But I'm old enough to know that "hot" women come in all body types, and that drawing conclusions based on bra size makes as much sense as voting for a candidate because he or she has good teeth.
