I find that fully chlothed women, provided they are seductivly dressed or smartly dressed, to be a turn on, buisness women in a black suit jacket and skirt in a classic buisness look, also if they have a black, white or tan coloured trench coat on thats just slightly longer than the skirt - Utter turn on to me.
