Necroing this thread, I occasionally re-download snap chat but delete it super-quick as don't really have anyone on that uses it. So very quickly get bored and drop the app again.

I use it, the kids initially loaded for me to keep in touch with them but have been enjoying others on it too. Like how stuff removes after a set amount of time. Yes there have been things that didn't need to be shared with family lol.

I've had it for ages and never thought of using it for that purpose, I can see how it's effective tough, same principal really saves you the shame of seeing what's come before

I got it when my daughter went off to College as a way to see her face every day. Didn't take long to be getting pictures of her nostril, or her feet as she was walking to class. But it was my way of feeling close when she was 6 hours away.
She's the only one I keep a streak with now. Most of the people on my list are her friends. I think only 1 was from lit. But it's a fun app to be silly with.

You should, it's safe and like I mentioned, unless you save something it automatically deletes everything in a certain amount of time you choose. The one drawback is not everyone uses it but I've spread the word and now most of my friends and family use it. Good luck and give it a try, you want regret it.

I post pics and vids on my snap story every once in a while. Sometimes an exhibitionist mood strikes and I just can't help myself. I don't always chat on it though. A lot of people call it a kids app but I think plenty of adults still use and enjoy it. Why not??

I love it, if there are things you don't want everyone to see or read, it automatically deletes it in a set amount of time. If you want to save anything you just follow instructions and walla, all my friends now use it.

That's got to be annoying to put it mildly, I always see a lady giving her time as just that, she's giving you something you're not entitled to anyone else's time.

Its too bad some ruin it for the rest. Hope it is getting better. I have been on Snapchat a bit but it seems to have quieted down for me. At 53 I'm not getting many to chat with that like an older guy.
