i agree with some other posts that the dye is cast because the original characters(Leo, Josh, Donna) are on the side of Santos. Santos winning the election would also enable other characters(like Will, Amy, and Joey) to join the new administration and thus remain on the show. i'd like to add that i think West Wing is the best written show on TV!!

It was announced last week that our local public broadcaster (our ABC) has bought the rights from the commecial channel who has been stuffing it up and will be showing the series!!!

When I don't know yet..but at least the show will be treated with a little more repect than in the past.......

Thanks to a Christmas gift, I've been enjoying watching the first season again. Every time I watch a scene with Leo I think about John Spencer dying of a heart attack - and so darned young, too. The writing in the first couple of seasons was spectacular. I'm going to miss this show.
