Most people don't know that I have a hard time talking to women on first meeting. The "breaking the ice" is the hard part. Once I know someone I can open up, but I often blow any chance of getting closer with ham-fisted opening lines or stammering attempts at humor. My last two girlfriends remarked that they had a hard time talking to me because (in their opinion) I was so good looking. I am flattered, but that leads to my other little-known personality trait: I underrate myself terribly. At least physically. I'm smart and I have a great sense of humor, but I also think that those things won't be noticed on first sight, so I tend to assume I'm not good enough to talk to a woman I find attractive.

But, on the whole I think I'm doing pretty well.

Be yourself, and approach them as an equal, rather than as a potential mate, if you try and be anything else than your true self you will give false signals, dont go there, there will be many women out there for you, and when its meant to happen it will......good luck
