Why do my friends hate coffee??? Why???

It IS possible to be a coffee AND tea person, Jelly, just as one can like cats AND dogs.

Since I love the taste of coffee and tea, I like to drink coffee and tea. Not cream or milk or sugar or honey or....But that doesn't mean I hate it.

All that assumes I count as your friend, of course. If not, please ignore the above.

When someone talks about a cheese danish, they're typically speaking of a danish with a sweet, cream cheese filling. Not cheese like a Cheddar, Stilton, or Gouda.

ETA - I really wasn't trying to be snarky - except for cheesecake (and sometimes not even then) the word 'cheese' on its own in British English always means traditional, savoury cheese.

Although I'm a carbaholic and I do like my sweets, I think I'd take a scone over a danish. Add in a pot of Irish Breakfast, and I'm a happy, happy girl.

The pulled "porn" was done on purpose.

Was telling a FB friend who's from my town about them and typed "pulled porn" in the message. I corrected it, but I had to tell him about it afterward. He didn't even bat an eye.

Last time I went to the BBQ place, I almost ordered "pulled porn nachos." Oops!
