increasingly, i find that i am very protective of my time commitments and that the thing i dislike most is when someone attempts to increase them with no perceived benefit. i'm not sure what that's indicative of, if not jadedness.

I am a giver and I have no wish to change that but the gift now comes with conditions. It is not so much what they offer back as more I need to see them grow.
