as suggested by many of you, it's sort of weird to see free speech used in the context of a private entity (whatever or whoever the lit entity may be; i feel like i'm in the matrix.) but even if we were in a public forum -- if the feds owned the joint and john ashcroft was the moderator -- free speech would still be subject to reasonable time, manner and place restrictions.

it all looks pretty reasonable from my perspective.
