Settings and options- edit signature- there's a bit for signature picture there

Go to your control panel, then 'edit signature'

You can either link to a hosted image or upload it directly to Lit if it meets the criteria (500 x 100 pixels, no larger than 19.5kb)

Or, as I do, just use the [ img] tags in the signature box to show an image from tumblr/etc. and add your own text and so on.
