It has happened to me. Twice in one night, actually. Happened since too. I was at the goth night that I occassionally attend with some friends (who are more goth than I and that isn't saying much), and in one night I had an earnest young man, and a cute young woman, both offer me their collars. If in fact the case is you know nothing about that person..for example the first time you lay eyes on them, or the first chat online etc..
