As Almost Always, I blame the WASP-society. When white, protestant, heterosexual men of atleast middle-class, is the norm, and there's no room for more than one other group in their shadow, all groups in society will fight against each other.

White lesbians against black heterosexual men, asian gay men against white heterosexual women, jewish women against white bisexual men, and Svenska against smokers, drug addicts, alcoholics, conservatives, liberals, bureaucrats (see! I've learned to spell it now!:) ), and racists...
