I'm 5'10". Although I have a strong preference for men that are tall (there's something about a tall man that makes you feel extra feminine), I had an epiphany a couple years ago when I realized that by automatically weeding out men who were shorter than me, i was excluding half the population of men in the US. 5'6" is too small for me to feel comfortable next to, but I do date a guy off and on who is 5'8". I wear flats, and we don't dance. Lol

It is a shame that you find my height uncomfortable, for lack fo a better word, because you in heels - with an profile pic like that - would be divine. And yes, I know I sound perverse miss.

I have been called an Amazon by men before but am not "built too solid" as you refer to above. I suppose my tall gene came with small bones.

My shoulders are definitely not broad. I have been told they are quite sexy, making them very kissable and suckable.

Manly hips? Can a female really have manly hips? Child bearing hips maybe.... My hips are definitely not manly by any means. They are curvy and give you something to hold onto when staring at my ass. Start kissing me at my belly button and slowly work your way down....then tell me about manly hips.

As for the great rack....I guess that depends on if you prefer a D cup or an A cup. Great racks are definitely in the eye of the beholder. I am in the middle with a 36/38 B/C (all depends on the bra?!!?). Never had any complaints about these puppies either.

I guess my point is that the generalization you are making about tall women could not be further from the truth. You may be falling short by not looking past the height. For some reason Thomas seems about ten feet tall...

I usually find that gangly awkwardness to be endearingly cute. So yeah, she may not have that glamorous beauty of a graceful tall woman, but instead she's a tall woman with girl-next-door beauty.

My husband loves it. Doesn't make me hate it less though. Clothes never fit right because my torso is too long. Swimsuits have to be two pieces. I think short girls look cuter. My husband says who cares? Tall is sexy. Thing is, I'd like to be cute. Sexy-cute. I don't feel like you can be when you are tall. It makes me feel less like a girl sometimes. People thought I was late 20s early 30s when I was 11. Now I'm 22 and the age hasn't changed... :/ Don't know what height has to do with age. Geez. My face looks my age. Lol. So my point is, guys embracing it hasn't help me do the same. :/

Oh and heels... Ugh. I wore heels to a party and was taller than all the guys there. There was a group pic taken at the end and all the girls were in front and I was put in the back with the boys. Stupid heels made me 6'3.

5 inch stilettos. Yea, it was a role party and I was the french maid. They were my costume. I only wear those type of shoes around the house for my husband normally. Sometimes I wore heels at work, but shorter. Still make me taller than everyone else. :/

Because saying 5'10'' and 3/4 just sounds so much more personal, unique, fun and interesting! It is who YOU are and you've embraced that. I want to say "you go girl" but I never feel I can pull it off.

All of us guys that like tall will blabber on about how you should love yourself, embrace your beauty, yadda-yadda. But if you WANT to be shorter, because you feel comfortable with that, I - being a macrophiliac and a human being - completely understand.
Yes, take on board what you actual are and use that to your sexual, social and happiness-creating advantages. But not liking what you look like is normal and fine. I don't think you need me to say this, but I just wanted to.
