I think it's legit. I think she her piercings are through normally inverted nipples, which makes them look different. When you zoom in, it's rather fuzzy, more so that I think an AI image would be.
 
I don't think AI would come up with tattoos like that or the out-of-focus background crowd. I also don't think AI would come up with a body of those particular proportions and that particular shape, or that much fly-away hair, or a plastic beer cup which fits the scene that naturally.
