Yeah. It's difficult for a PM recipient to know unless the sender specifically mentioned "Team PM". That's why I wondered if any senders might indicate here that it influenced their choice. Probably a long shot, but I thought it was worth asking.

I added the Team PM link in my signature yesterday. I thought it would be a nice way to encourage more people to write me.
Today I got a PM from someone who wanted to meet more people too. So I would say that your initiative is totally working and helping people connect.

For the full info go to the beginning of the thread (go back to postings with lowest number) and you will find postings by mindfondler. To my mind it is bureaucracy with no benefit (I am now expecting to get beaten up by mindfondler!) but the whole aim of the idea is to make PM's a pleasant and happy thing to use. I just wrote to mindfondler and said I entirely agreed with the idea and pointed out that my my signature already had the words "I welcome polite PM's" - see below.
