We put in a 3-site RV campground last summer. It's really nice - all utilities and a septic hook-up, and it even has wifi. It was an ugly saga and the county changed the rules halfway through, after we specifically asked. We bent over, paid the fees, did it right and paid the man for that, and it all turned out being twice as expensive as it should have been. Got a permanent tenant right away and have struggled to rent out the other two spaces consistently. Got our seconded long-term renter about 6 seeks ago, and the third one showed up yesterday, cash in hand. About flocking time!!!

I think it’ll be worth it if you’ll really use it. But if you think some light brushwork is in order, I think renting is prob makes better sense financially.

I'm inclined to agree. There is a treeline at the back of the western parcel which she wants to clean up. I'll need my pole saw, and I bent the chain runner. I might be able to straighten it. If not, it's easy to replace. That may be what she's thinking, but without my standing there looking at it, it's hard to be sure.
 
We got a later start than we planned.

Mowed two lawns. Had an unfortunate run in with a douchebag neighbor.

Chainsawed a branch that fell.

Weedwacked.

Then I helped my neighbor who hunts our land, improve some trails. Holy hell, a fuckton of trees came down on some of our trails. So spent the afternoon helping him cut them and clearing the trail. He has his tree stand right on the trail so I want to keep it clear.
