Well thats what I'm here for. I realized awhile back that my friends(on and off Lit) mean everything to me and I would do anything I could to help them.

Best thing I ever did too. It has really helped my self-esteem and self-image.........although not my spelling apparantly LOL.

Well I don't know what TOO old would be until I find it lol.

It is never a good idea to get into a situation that could result in a pickaxe in your head.

Distance is the big thing. Everyone that I wish I could meet face to face is thousands of miles away from me.:(

Just remember... older often means more experience ... lots to share!

i hear that... and i do not suffer cheaters well... and liars.... not at all!

I can relate to the distance.... have applied for my passport for that very reason... Distance can complicate things... but not impossible.... if it's meant to be.....

I'll keep that in mind.;)

Do I detect a hint of annoyance in that comment? *Rolls out his therapist chair*

Well the distance thing can be a bit annoying, but if it can be worth it.

Hi all. Got alittle time to catch up.

Dijit, I gotta agree with Annie, older just means more experienced. And alot of times they have lost thier inhibitions in the bedroom or were bored and are willing to experiment and try it all. Trust me, I know. Sex for MrsJ with her ex was a BJ for a few minutes, climb on top for a few strokes and then go down to the couch by herself to finish.
Now, there is not much that is off limits, no pain, but outside of that, just about anything goes.

Annie, sorry to hear about your loss. Its always tough, but the cycle goes on and its always better to remember to good. Our thoughts are with you and your friends family.

Thanks to everyone for the support sent to my dad, and for keeping this thread up and running. Love you all.

I'm sure that everyone has heard about that Church group that is protesting at the funerals for our soldiers that have made the unltimate sacrifice for our country. And I'm sure you've heard about the bikers that have come out to support the familys and try to shield them from these protesters.
I was driving home from work yesterday and had three bikes pull up behind me with banners on thier bikes, and I learned they were a part of this group. I got the website from the banners on the bikes, came home and logged into the site. I am proud to say I spent an hour with tears rolling down my face as I explored the site. I am now a registered member of the group and hope to be riding with them in support of our boys soon.

You just might need that.... it's always been an annoyance for me, but has actually become stronger than that since coming to Lit... too many dishonest married guys... not sure about dishonest married wimmin... they haven't been hitting on me! :p The only good thing is that i've found most of the guys that PM or IM or whatever are not the wonderful posters that tend to be plentiful and upfront around the threads.. they are lurkers that hunt for deals on the sly....

oooooooo end of rant.... unless you have any questions for me Counselor DiJiT?!

I am proud that I know you Joe! I am very aware of this group..We made national news a month or so back when the protesters showed up here. At the March meeting for the harley group a local member spoke about what they do and why they do it. It was incredible to hear that a man takes 4 to 5 days a month off from his job (unpaid leave) to participate. When asked why he did this...his answer was "It's what I can do". This member also said that shortly after that particular protest their website received something like 3 million hits in one day...thank you Joe for caring... :rose:

That sounds like a good time. I would love to see all those vintage cars and bikes.
MrsJ and I were out today and ran into a guy that had one of the 06 retro Triumph Bonnevilles. We talked for a good 20 minutes about the new retro Triumphs and Ducatti's that have been put out this year.
Seeing all the real vintage cars and bikes still out on a track would have been alot of fun. And its great that you got share that with your dad.

I know you had a great time, how about dad?
dad had a ball.. We saw a car HE remembered seeing race over 50 years ago.. THE SAME CAR.... brought him back to memories of my grand dad and spending 4-5 nights a week at a racetrack somewhere :) Thanks for asking Joe

Well good for you Joe. It sounds like a very worthwhile group. Its always good to give support to the familys that have already suffered so much.

I never ask that many questions. I find it more effective to just let the person "go for it" so to speak. If they come up with something else then we go from there. If I ask a question I run the risk of hitting on a "ticklish subject". :D

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the lurkers. Yes, you will find your share of "Creeps" on Lit, but you will also find your share of quite nice people. Just concentrate on the people you like to talk to and ignore the rest......Not sure, but I think you can actually block a person from sending you a message. Might be worth a try for the more "Persistant" people.
