You know what doesn't make sense? That last villain guy from the Wolverine movie.
I mean there were a whole reasons that it didn't make sense, like the fact that they called him Deadpool (haha, that was funny) but the part that immediately bothered me about it, and I wasn't entirely sure why at the time was those katana claws that he had.
Now, I understand they looked kind of cool, but they are impossible.
Adamantium is an unbreakable material and the only person we've ever seen do anything similar to bending it or breaking it down once it had reached it's solid form is Magneto.
The point that I am getting to is that Wolverine's claws are as long as adamantium claws that retract could possibly be without causing the person with the claws to do a Frankenstien zombie walk where he can't move his arms anymore because of the unbreakable metal blade that runs all the way up his arms.

It's amazing how I manage to attract the type of people who know all about this stuff. 90% of my friends are planning to go to Otakon (sp?) and Warped Tour and I'm comepletly lost to what either of those are... Well I know what Otakon is to a degree. I get that it's an anime convention but other than that....
