The China Pearl Inn part 9

Combat and physical fitness standards are always changing in the service.

But some things never change CG. Sal and I have been selected to be part of the centenary celebrations of the end of World War I. We’ll be taking part in the festival on November 10 and in the parade along Whitehall on November 11. But before that we have to wear ballroom gowns and attend a ball in the presence of Her Majesty and be presented to the Queen. So on our return from NATO Combat Exercises We are going to be taught how to curtsy.

Yes CURTSY! Can you imagine this Cockney, Jewish Rough & Tumble Tomboy trying to curtsy?

The things I have to do for Great Britain!

Don’t worry, you’ll be looked after, wined and dined by the yeomanary and shown exactly how to do it. Lt HSG & I went through this. You’ll be fine.

That would be a sight Robyn a graceful little curtsy. An sweet little tomboys look very sensual and sexy when in a gown. ;)

Being presented to Her Majesty is an honor Robyn as being granted an audience. You should be justly proud.:rose::kiss:

And the both of you were very fetching in your gowns as well G G and had the boys tongues hanging out. :p

Remember Robyn, CG has his links everywhere. He must have had a report from when HSG and I were honoured. No doubt he’ll get his feedbook about you too.

I would love to see our miss Robyn and Miss Sal in their evening gowns G G . :p

LOL Those are almost the exact words that GG and HSG posted when they had to do this. They survived, you will too. ;) Have fun.

They also looked great in their evening gowns Robyn as I am sure you will as well. I agree with S F all you gals seem to rebel at wearing dresses but you all look sexy in them as well Miss. ;)

Ah I see Shiva not to worry I shall withdraw Miss.

No worries ;);)

It is pretty in its way here. But today is windy and chilly, the house never did warm up. The jump from high 80s to high 60s didn't allow my body to slowly get used to cooling weather. LOL It got down to the 40s last night, so I broke out a flannel shirt. I suspect I will need to turn on the heater soon.

I remember those kinds of temperatures. Today we had a high of 12. Next week is supposed to be in the 20's again. Yo..Yo.. lol

Oh gods I feel sick right now!:(

Eated heaps of things I'm not spozed to eat and drinked some bourbons.

If you never hear from me again its coz I died of stupidity.;)

Uggg:rose:

Poor, dumb puppy. I'd boop your snoot but it wouldn't teach you as good of a lesson as your learning right now. I'll make you some hot tea instead. tsk tsk

*goes off to make his tea* :rose:

I see our new training regime has now been made public. I’m already carrying extra weight lol https://youtu.be/1h6xEgbxr0Q

Hah! Don't you worry nothing about that. You'll lose it all in no time. The body knows what shape it is used to, and it will always try to get back to that shape. Or at least that's what my old karate teacher used to say. It made sense at the time, since no matter how much exercise I did, I still stayed "curvy" lol. He might have just been trying to make me not give up so I would continue to pay him xD

I wanna see this! I bet it would be awesome fun. I wonder if I can make it to London that day ... *considers*

The problem with us Military Girls is we focus our minds on serving our countries and think of little else. I never bothered with men until I joined NRR which means I never bothered looking for sexy clothing. Even now I’m in a relationship I’m still a tomboy at heart. Now I’m told the ‘Tomboy Challenge’ turns a lot of men on. I don’t understand it.

Shiva, that week will be manic. We have the ball one night when we’re in our gowns. Next we’re in the Royal AlbertHall for the festival on the Saturdayand on the Sunday on parade in Whitehall. Time won’t be our own. But having said that you’re always welcome in London.

*perks up at the thought*

can offer usual accommodation ;)

And I will definitely take you up on it :D

Nothing wrong with not focusing on your looks or the opposite sex. There are other, much more important things in life. Especially when you're young!!

I was just saying to see you in the parade. I wasn't even going to suggest meeting. I know you have a highly private life.

O Shiva

Please don’t get me wrong, yes my life has to be private but that doesn’t mean I’m brushing you off. We do have open days at OTS and who knows? One day we might have one when you’re in London. But you’ll have to beware of the hungry hunks!

You make it through Robyn as G G and HSG did before you and before you know it you will have your commission and be back with the lionesses with SAL.;)

That is my dream CG. But I will always remember the support I received in the inn and the many friends I made here.

Well I shall be here to sexually tease you and encourage you where I can. After all this is the sexual R P forum. ;) :p :devil:ish :D

Oh I always loved ballroom dancing and holding a partner and feeling her body move against mine Robyn.

LOL, Yes, I remember their exasperated posts fondly.

Robyn, think of it as yet another uniform, for a specialized mission. Hazmat suits were likely more uncomfortable than gowns. Every social situation has its own peculiar motions. In the end, much of life is a series of dances or plays. And knowing more dances and roles makes your life richer.

And like CG, I would love to take all of the ladies for a spin on the dance floor.

I do love my ballroom dancing L F that is for sure. I also agree with you about savoring all that life has to offer.

Do you have any favorite dances? Not that I am any good, but I favor waltz and rhumba. I know a little tango, just enough to be hazardous to those around me.... ;)

L F The tango, rumba, and foxtrot and Oh yes a Lindy, also known as the big apple or jitter bug. Like I said I love the feel of a gals body next to mine and the sensuality of the dance.:D

Yes, with Ballroom dancing, I feel like I am dancing With someone. Anything else feels like I am dancing At someone.

In the UK we have a TV show called ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. A number of celebrities are paired with professional dancers. Judges and public vote one couple out each week until the final which goes out live on Christmas Eve. This Horst is the first year I can watch it right through.

"Dancing with the Stars" is the US version. Oddly enough, I find dancing at a social event much harder. When you have the whole dance floor to yourself and can rehearse the same dance multiple times, you can get very fancy. But when you are dancing with dozens of other couples, you have to calculate every move and hope you don't hit someone. It is all on the fly and requires the couple really be in tune with each other.

Ah but that id the fun of it L F leading your partner around and through the couples on the dance floor, a side step and a flourish here and there and with a firm hand. :p

It was much easier in Vienna where there was a counter clockwise flow on the dance floor so everyone was going roughly in the same direction. Oh so very formal you know. ;)
