Just a very brief note to say we Lions/Lionesses have returned from our emergency mission in the Middle East. We’re enjoying the Californian weather and are preparing for debrief on Monday. Obviously I am unable to give you any other information except to say it was very much MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Just a brief mention to CG. Chief, we wish you well and pray for a speedy recovery. The CO (you know who I mean) has told me something of what you did in service and asked me to publicly thank you in the inn. We are all proud to name you as our friend. Get well soon. THAT’S AN ORDER!

I'm just glad it's Friday. I was supposed to go to some fancy cocktail party tonight at some diplomats house but after the week I've had I just couldn't find the energy.

I also had some much more 'my type of people' friends invite me over to their place to watch the royal wedding but I couldn't be bothered with that either.

Just want to chill at home and not have to think.
