Yep, makes perfectly good sense. I have trouble focusing on the one story I write, I can't imagine juggling multiple stories.

And this is both on here and in my own little fantasy world...

I'm writing a story elsewhere with another writer from lit, and she sent me a lovely detailed post, but I am at the moment slightly unsure how to take it forward, but will get some inspiration from somewhere I know.

When that happens to me I feel like I have painted myself or my partner has painted me into a corner. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to figure out how to get out. Sometimes I have to tell him that I am stuck and he comes up with a couple of ideas. I take one of those ideas or one of the ideas gives me a different idea. Either way I work my way out of the corner. But it isn't easy or fast.

Nope but can also be challenging...

I often get posts that don't take the story forward from my previous post which can be awkward...
