5 cabans
5 Ocean side Cabans are now available. $25 per day.
No more then two per cabana.
Beach chair are availabe upon request at the rental office. $2 for members $5 for non members.
Guests check with the rental assistant for rates.

Well yes of course we have guest cabana available by the day or week. Our pool side rooms will be ready I'm told by this weekend. Our suites will be ready by mid next month. The pool is open as is the bar! The dining room is open for light snacks.

I need to recuperate and am looking for somewhere quiet. Maybe I could try a guest cabana until your suites are ready.
If I stay I...hmmm I would like to become a member!
The cabana's what are they like, perhaps you could show me?
I am nervous this was an impulse visit but I really loved the quiet of the place.

"We have these or the beach cananas." He leads the way through the pool area to a black gate that has a sign on it BEACH. He opens the gate and leads the woman out to the beach. The sand is pink and white and 5 empty cabanas stand open. He turns to her and smiles.
"Membership is broken down three ways. Owners, leasees and guests." he pauses and looks at the ocean.
"Isn't it lovely, yes a suite will run from 750 thousand to a million 5, to own.
First and second 50 to 70 thousand, third and fourth 90 to 120.
fifth and sixth witch are all half suites 250 to 375."
"Leasing is available for all rooms at 8% of sales price per month with a minimum of six month agreement."
"A guest membership is a flat $120 a day for all room on floors one through four, five and six are 250 and a suite 750."

The place is paradise the water so blue.
I am thinking of selling the Vassal Club and so money would be no object I really would have to give it much thought.
It is beautiful here but if I bought it would certainly be a small suite. Perhaps I shall return when the suite are finished and I can take a look.
Do you allow people just to drop in for a drink and the music who are not guests here?
I am thinking I might simply visit a while to get the feel of the place.

Let me think 506 overlooks the pool and the ocean thats going for 300k. I might be able to get you a slight discount on that if you are will to work with the contractor. They are working on all the floors now. But if you really like it I'm sure we can work something out!
The bar is open to anyone over 21. Owners get two free drinks a night. All suite owner get a bottle of their chose sent to their floor free each week if they wish it or dinner for two on the house once a week.
How about this I'll rent you a cabana on the beach for a week, say 5 days first and last on the house. Then when the first beach side room opens up i''ll half the price for the first week. What do you say?
