I usually listen to a meditation or self hypnosis, but sometimes, when i am exceptionally lucky, G will talk me to sleep. That is my heaven. My next favourite thing is going to sleep when his friends are chatting. We no longer live in a city, so its harder to have people around late for me to fall asleep to the sound of. .
