Made up? I think her plastic surgery is pretty self evident. That nose, chin and those cheekbones weren't part of the original manufacturer package.

I don't consider it a joke. I consider it schadenfreude that a shallow person whose entire family bases much of their worth on their looks has had theirs surgically constructed.
I don't care that she got plastic surgery. I don't even care that she got surgery to improve her appearance.
The reality is that the family is shallow, narcissistic and judgemental toward those who aren't those perfect 10s.

After that sick orange fuck wore out one “Barbie doll” from playing with it too much, (bored with it) that one was discarded and a new “Barbie doll” replaced it.
The really fucked up part, is how the “Barbie dolls” all played along and actively competed to be the sick orange fuck’s next “favorite Barbie doll”. (And Tiffany is currently trying soooooo hard to replace Ivanka.)
