Monday morning. One hour earlier. Hell, it was dark outside and darkness meant it was time to sleep, yes? I wish. The panic attacks aren't so strong these days, sometimes, not even there, a good thing but they sure know how to make me delay sleeping. I could use a few more hours but I'm not going to get them. It's time to start my day and my morning is looking hectic.

SB has left me a post so I need to contemplate a response for that while out and about. Ideas are forming a beginning but I need to give thought to the rest.

First things first. I'm out the door running.

Tuesday Morning. It crashed into her awareness like a football player. It managed to slow enough for her to enjoy most of it with someone special for company. She was quick to learn that it didn't matter what they were doing on their perspective side of the computer, for them to enjoy their time to together. Still, he always managed to find a way to make her feel..... different. Special, perhaps. Old experiences raised their heads and tried to create doubt, but she refused to let them. She would treat him on his own merit wherever she could. There was still work to do. A great deal of it. She doubted the last one realized just how much of herself she had given. More than she had ever had. Now, today, it was something that would have to be earned. That, was the consequence of learning the hard way. The consequence of being so damn trusting to begin with. She had said, never again and yet, somehow, this one had only asked for a chance. It went against every fiber of her being to do so. She wasn't sure how she had given him that chance, maybe, deep down, she wanted to believe despite how tired she was. Despite her own protests otherwise. So far, no regrets. Time would tell but she wasn't jumping into anything. She still didn't believe and the question was, would he be able to convince her to become a believer again?

The end of the week, almost here. Thank goodness for small favors. This week has been hectic. Go there. Come here. Can you...? Please? How the hell do you say no to family in need when all you want is just a day to yourself to catch up? A nail appointment. Time on a treadmill. Laundry. The list never seems to end and yet, you still can't find a damn good reason to say no. I have things to do today. I really should learn that word. No. I have no problems turning down friends, but family? *sighs* So, I'll play catch up this weekend.... I hope. I still need to channel a secret valley girl and an assassin. If I'm not mistaken a weakening elf and a gypsy won't be too far behind either.

Is Spring Break here yet? Even I can use the break from routine. Alas. Not until the end of the month. Damn. A backyard jungle that needs mowing. Roses to be bought and planted. A patch of soil to be rototilled for veggies this year. A rabbit hutch that needs moving. Someone please just tie me up and toss me in front of a semi now.

I need a vacation. A week long vacation to enjoy the time share in Vegas. Yes. Perfect. But a dream. For now. Too many things that have to seen to. Important things. Arrangements to make. If at all possible. Money to save. Not impossible, just lengthy. A companion to accompany me? Indeed. He can use the time away from his own world. But not just yet. I'm not quite comfortable with the idea. A splendid idea however. Until that happens, I'll keep plodding along. For now, Spring vacation. I needs it. Badly.

I used to have a normal sleep schedule, but working nights during college kind of messed me so I sleep at weird times.

Aside from having to be out of the house by 7am, I went to bed early one night and woke up at 5am. I haven't been able to break that cycle but... since I don't mind being up early. *shrugs*

The corn beef is in the slow cooker. The brownies are just out of the oven. A shower has been had and breakfast too. Now to enjoy my cup of coffee before I settle in and see if I can write something.

'Tis a beautiful day out so writing may not be my calling today and since the roomie has a bowling tournament to be at, I have some free time on my hands. Yes, writing may not be my calling today.

No, I actually wore green today. A green t-shirt that has Happy Bunny saying, "Kiss me I'm Irish", green loop earrings and a pair of shamrocks on my head.

Damn. Bad start to my Monday. My puppy girl is at the vet's. Apparently, she had an abscessed tooth or something causing the abscess.

I am a sad, worried panda today.

There was much rejoicing and dancing in the mansion. I am relieved. I am happy again. I'll be even happier when I can get her home this afternoon. The infection went from her upper jaw down into her throat. The doc says the infection is pretty massive but her liver and kidneys are working fine.

I owe the Universe for this. Now to find a way to pay the good fortune forward.

An early morning trip to the vet snagged a wonderful response. The tube was removed and everything is healing nicely. With an eased mind, I snag a cup of coffee from the new coffee maker and sit down with the intent to write and woke up two hours later having to scramble back into the mundane world beyond this place. Only now do I have a couple of hours to play with and start to look over my threads that need a response to see which one will snag my attention first.
