It's good to know that there's something that you can rely on.Back pain is, if not a constant for me, at least very regular!
I'd certainly chalk that up as a win (does anyone still use chalk these days?).On the plus side, no walking with my stick atm so I call that a win.
I'll take that as a "yes", then!I use chalk! I have THREE black boards, two in my utility room, one in my kitchen. I also use chalk in the horse feed room, just on the walls, and when we one day get an outside kitchen for dogs and people to make tea/ coffee, I plan a whole black board wall. I just find them invaluable, to scribble notes on, reminders for people...mainly myself, at the point I do a task on, write a shopping list as I see things run out or getting low on stock of( which I can then photo with ipad or phone and add to the list made there of things compiled for meals planned ahead ) .
I LOVE a good chalk board. ( I even have both white AND colours of chalks)
Its just been that sort of day .
For me its ending better than it started, which is the best sort of day I think. However, if g were here I'd be hoping for some time tied up. I am even contemplating tying myself, but I don't think it would be the same.

Hi Elle, glad you slept well, a bad night doesn't help anybody . I know what you mean about it feeling different when you've been put there, it's like it's a part of the event, rather than an end in itself.
Oh, and good morning ladies (That'll teach me to take so long posting!!)
