The problem I am having is getting the PS3 and the TV to talk to each other. They're currently having a strop

Have you been a typical bloke and gone for 'the bigger the better ' approach were TV,s are concerned? You will love a PS3, just think of all the RPG games you can play.

I am laughing again reading all that back. I feel sorry for any new people coming on this thread right now, expecting to find it full of talk about whips, bondage etc. Instead they are getting ..night vision goggles and scart leads

I'm pretty useless in that area so all can suggest is check instructions manual and if that doesn't work swear at it and find someone who is more tech savie

I've bypassed the problem and got it working... but not in the way I intended in the first place.

Web help has been no help at all!

But it's working and I now have more time to fix it later rather than just rushing because I spent money on something that's borked!

You don,t seem sensitive to my plight I am so incredibly nervous about going bat hunting , but i think it will do me good. I am not even sure if night vision goggles are permitted, but i am refusing to go unless i can see were the little blighters are .

Sorry didn't mean to be a jerk. Wouldn't worry too much about bats as long as you don't mess with them they won't hurt you. That said fear has bugger all to do with logic so good luck with facing it, is often the best thing you can do

That's cool often surprised never got myself beaten up over my sense of humour.

Strange friends are often the most interesting and definitely helps to have someone who can help you understand and overcome your fears. Doubt find many people in the bdsm sections who don't have strange friends or at least want some.

It's not the strange people you have to worry about. The normal people who need to hide who they are now they are the ones who tend to the bodies under the rose bushes or the kids who don't talk now that's frightening.
I get in trouble cause my jokes tend to get dark or inappropriate or just outright no1 else even sees that there is anything funny at all. Last year had a bad day then saw a self help book and couldn't stop laughing doubt know many people who would see the humour of 'OVERCOMING LOW SELF ESTEEM THROUGH C.B.T'

Feeling rough this morning, this cold has taken hold. Not looking forward to tomorrow if its not passed a bit more. Got to deliver a training course at 8pm tomorrow evening in london. So I'll finish about midnight, will not get to my hotel until about 1am and then I'll have to be up for work the following morning by about 5am. I think by Wednesday evening I am going to be trashed!
